Description of our services for obtaining Non-Lucrative and Golden residencies in Spain
Definitions
Applicant: A person who is applying for Spanish residency for himself or herself and his / her family.
Parsanian Company: Consists of Iranian consultants and Spanish lawyers who provide professional consulting and legal services for obtaining the Spanish residence permit for applicants.
Our Services
Making several online or face-to-face interview sessions with applicant for initial assessment and answering the applicant’s questions about immigration, residence conditions in Spain, lifestyle and living costs in Spain, and etc. …, and informing the applicants about the types of residency including non-lucrative and golden residencies, and their requirements and procedures. Review the evaluation form completed by the applicant and prepare a comprehensive report of the applicant’s conditions based on the oral statements in interview and written statements in evaluation form. Exchange the information with our Spanish lawyers in order to finalize and make conclusion on the eligibility of the applicant and determine the necessary strategy for succession of the case.
In case that the applicant will be eligible, the following services will be provided by the company:
- Sign a contract with the applicant.
- Prepare a list of required documents that the client should be able to provide.
- After receiving the fee of contract, the list of required documents that the applicant must prepare will be provided to the applicant.
- The company guides the applicant in preparation of the documents, translating documents, purchasing health insurance or enrolling children at school or university.
- After viewing the applicant’s financial ability certificate, the company will ask the embassy to schedule an appointment.
- When the appointment date will be released by the Spain embassy, the company will announce the final list of required documents.
- In proportion to the time remaining until the submission of the file to the embassy, the company will follow up, guide and assist in completing the remaining documents by the applicant.
- While preparing the documents, the company is in constant contact with the applicant and checks all the documents, and if there is a problem, the company will try to find the best possible solution.
- In the last days before the embassy appointment date, the company fulfills the relevant forms and gives them to applicant along with a comprehensive report to add to the documents.
- A list of possible questions will be prepared and the company will provide the answers to all those questions in writing or orally and will teach the applicant how to well prepared.
- On the day of interview, the company representative accompanies the client and arranges the documents as needed.
- After the interview and delivery the documents to embassy, the applicant must gives the visa application receipt and passport receipt to the company representative for further follow-up.
- After receiving the response from embassy, the company representative will go to embassy and receive the applicant’s passport.
- By obtaining the visa, the company will guide the applicant how to continue the process in Spain.
- The applicant must announce his flight date to us in order to make any alignments for the applicant in arrival time and get the appointments from the municipality and immigration police for fingerprinting.
- Welcoming the applicant and his / her companions upon arrival in Spain and advising them for settle down in city.
- Get an appointment for registration in municipality of the town.
- Filling out municipal forms, and accompanying the applicant to obtain the registration certificate from municipality.
- Fill the necessary forms for fingerprinting at the Immigration Police Office.
- Accompanying the applicant at the police station for fingerprinting process.
- Advising the applicant on how to obtain his/her residence card (approximately 30 days after fingerprinting of the residence card).
- Within one month from the arrival of applicant in Spain, the company will provide the necessary information regarding accommodation, city and intercity transportation systems, shopping malls, restaurants, mobile SIM cards and Internet, and other needs or questions.
- If the applicant’s residence is in Madrid, and if the applicant wishes, a one-day tour will be provided by the company to visit the city center, important and historical places, etc. (Of course, the cost, including translator and guide, transportation must be paid by the applicant).
- If the applicant wants to find an apartment to rent or buy, if he needs advice and guidance from a consultant or translator, in this case, an extra fee must be paid by the applicant separately from his/her residence subject.
